THE HAPPY WALKER is a small, but well established tourist office in the historical and interesting town of Rethymno on Crete, one of the most beautiful Greek islands. The owners are of Dutch origin and have lived on Crete already for more than 10 years.

As a tourist office THE HAPPY WALKER has an official licence and is recognized by the Greek National Tourism Organisation (E.O.T.).

THE HAPPY WALKER specializes in different kinds of walking and hiking activities on the island.
We take you away from the touristic coastal areas to the unspoiled countryside of magnificent scenery and friendly villages.

You will find our office in the old center of Rethymnon, near to the METROPOLIS church, the central OTE-telephone office and the Youth Hostel.
Opening hours from April till the end of October: 17.00 – 20.30 hr.
In the summer closed at Saturdays.
